Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Certain products, such as disposable vapes or e-liquids, are not eligible once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and regulatory guidelines, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used e-liquids
Opened or used disposable vapes
Products marked as final sale
Gift cards or promotional items

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Email our customer care team with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Await return approval and shipping instructions.
Send the product back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
If your refund is delayed, contact your payment provider as processing times may vary.

5. Exchanges

We currently only offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
